I have built a career around helping organizations defy the odds, transforming brands, businesses, and creative cultures into category leaders.

As a global creative and brand transformation leader, I’ve helped turn around iconic agencies, led award-winning work across continents, and delivered record-breaking business results for some of the world’s most iconic brands, proving that breakthrough creativity can drive both cultural impact and commercial growth.

My work has been recognized by every major award show, including the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity (pictured above - I’m the one wearing a blue sport coat and effusive grin), the Primetime Emmy Awards, and the Academy Awards, but what motivates me most is helping people and organizations unlock their true potential.

I have also been a judge at every major award show in the industry, including Ad Stars in Busan, Korea where I was the keynote speaker. Some of my other prominent speaking engagements: The S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, The One Club and The Ad Club of New York.

Today, my focus is increasingly on the future of creativity: how organizations navigate AI, brand transformation, talent development, and cultural relevance in a rapidly changing world.

R/GA •  2021 - PRESENT

Global ECD & Head of Creative Excellence • I helped R/GA break records in back to back award seasons. I codified a gaming practice in R/GA Japan, launched a book with Rizzoli, helped R/GA to be named The Webby’s 30 most iconic & influential companies on the Internet and won AI Pioneer of the Year at One Show.

ELVTR •  FALL 2021 - SPRING 2022

Expert Instructor • I built a first-of-its-kind creative director course, with a bespoke curriculum centered around both learning and honing creative leadership skills.

SAUCE •  2020 - 2021

Founder • I built a creative consultancy that helped Pepsi win back to back $10M+ contracts with Buffalo Wild Wings & Little Caesars. We also helped R/GA achieve a record-breaking awards season. Other clients included: Bimble Beverages, FCB Global, Hunter Park Productions, Impact Human Performance, Known, nmbl, M&C Saatchi, Strawberry Frog & The United Nations.

FCB NEW YORK •  2016 - 2020

Chief Creative Officer • In less than three years, I did what nine CCO’s before me couldn’t do - I turned FCB New York into one of the most coveted places to work on the planet, creating some of the most awarded, innovative work in the industry. Named Agency of the Year multiple times over.

 

GREY NEW YORK   •  2003 - 2016

Executive Creative Director • I ran the largest, most awarded team at Grey New York, which started with just four creatives and about $6M in revenue and grew to a team of 45 people earning $60M in revenue. We were named Agency of the Year twice and broke every record imaginable for the agency and clients alike.

 

JWT NEW YORK   •  2000 - 2003

VP Associate Creative Director • I won JWT New York’s first-ever Cannes Gold Lion in the press/outdoor category for Malibu Rum.
